Rental Terms

Payment. A deposit may be required to reserve equipment. Remaining balance is due before delivery unless otherwise approved.

Permits. Customer is responsible for obtaining all permits required for parks, beaches, public spaces, and venues on Oahu or elsewhere in Hawaii.

Wind / Tent Safety. Tents must not be used in unsafe wind conditions. 5G Party Rentals LLC may refuse setup or remove equipment for safety.

Delivery / Access. Customer must provide safe and clear access. Additional labor fees may apply for stairs, sand, long carry distance, or difficult setup areas.

Responsibility. Customer is responsible for all rental items from delivery until pickup, including damage, loss, theft, weather exposure, and misuse.

Cleaning. Additional cleaning fees may apply for mud, stains, wax, food, sand, or excessive debris.

Liability Waiver. Customer agrees to release and hold harmless 5G Party Rentals LLC from claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from the use of rented items, except where prohibited by law.

Damage Authorization. Customer agrees to pay for missing or damaged items at agreed replacement or repair value.

No Weather Guarantee. Outdoor events are weather dependent and no weather guarantee is provided unless separately stated in writing.
