Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 24, 2026
These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by 5G Party Rentals LLC.
Reservation Requirements
- Customers must be at least 18 years old.
- A signed rental agreement may be required.
- Full payment or deposit may be required before delivery.
Delivery Requirements
Customer must provide:
- A safe delivery location
- Clear access to setup area
- Wheelchair-accessible entrance when required
- No stairs unless approved in writing prior to delivery
Additional fees may apply for difficult access locations.
Rental Period
Rental equipment remains the property of 5G Party Rentals LLC at all times.
Customers agree to return equipment in the same condition received, excluding normal wear and tear.
Damage or Loss
Customer is responsible for:
- Lost equipment
- Stolen equipment
- Damaged equipment
- Excessive cleaning costs
Repair or replacement costs may be charged to the customer.
Weather Policy
Customers assume responsibility for weather-related risks.
Tent installations may be canceled or modified if weather conditions create unsafe conditions.
No refunds will be provided for weather conditions after equipment has been delivered and setup completed.
Safety
Customers agree:
- Not to overload tables, tents, or equipment
- Not to alter equipment
- To supervise all guests using rented equipment
- To comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Cancellation Policy
More Than 14 Days Before Event
Full refund less processing fees.
7–14 Days Before Event
50% refund of payments made.
Less Than 7 Days Before Event
No refund.
Rescheduling may be permitted at management discretion.
Indemnification
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 5G Party Rentals LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the use of rented equipment.
Limitation of Liability
5G Party Rentals LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Event interruptions
- Weather-related losses
- Customer negligence
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the rental.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
